Our shareholding structure with B.Grimm Joint Venture Holding Limited, B.Grimm E.ON Elektrowatt Limited, E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH and Amata Corporation PCL. reflects a formidable alliance of firms with expertise in engineering, industrial and business management. With an experienced and professional Management Board guiding us our mission is to be a world class energy company by providing highly reliable, stable, clean, and competitively priced electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) under the Small Power Producer Programme (SPP) and by directly supplying electricity, steam, and related services to customers in industrial parks. Thus our strategy focuses on the development, financing, construction and operation of Greenfield Power Plants for industrial parks through our majority stakes in existing as well as new subsidiaries. With our projects we do not only intend to make long-term development commitments in Thailand but also to expand our business in other countries in South East Asia. Our main partner in this course is Amata Corporation PCL., with whom we have an exclusive agreement to be the sole power supplier in all of its industrial parks.
