B.Grimm entered into a number of joint ventures with leaders in their respective fields of business, such as KSB of Germany (pumps), Carrier Corporation (air conditioning), Carl Zeiss of Germany (scientific instruments), E.ON AG of Germany (energy), Siemens AG, E.Merck of Germany (pharmaceuticals and chemicals), Hamon of Belgium (cooling towers and mechanical systems).

Resulted from a merger between VIAG and VEBA in 1999, E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH is part of the E.ON Group. The company was formed when the former PreussenElektra’s conventional generation assets were combined with those of the former Bayernwerk. Bayernwerk AG, founded in June 1921, was the energy division of the VIAG group and the second largest energy producer of Germany.

E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH became Germany largest conventional electricity supplier, with a total generating capacity of 17,000 MW. Its annual electricity generation is 50 TWh, amounting to almost 11 % of all the electricity supplied to the public grid of Germany.

An industrial estate developer, Amata Corporation PCL. was listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1997 under the name Bangpakong Industrial Park 2 (BIP 2), which has recently been changed to Amata Corporation PCL.

The company is currently the developer of 3 industrial estates:

Amata Nakorn, located on KM 57 of Bangna-Trad highway in Chonburi Province with a total area of 12,000 rai.
Amata City, located on Highway no. 331, Pluakdaeng District, in Rayong Province with a total area of 6,000 rai
Amata City Bien Hoa Industrial Estate Vietnam, located in Dong Nai Province, 25 km north-east of Ho Chi Minh City and on the Highway no. 1, which is the main link to the capital city of Hanoi. The initial area of development is 129 hectares (approximately 806 rai).
