Amata B.Grimm Power 2 Limited Receives ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Bangkok, 13 January 2009 - Amata B.Grimm Power 2 Limited (ABP2) receives the ISO 9001:2008 certificate. It was awarded by the Certification Body of TUV Asia Pacific Ltd. TUV Suddeutschland Group (accreditation by JAS-ANZ) after a thorough assessment of ABP2's Quality Management System, which complies with internationally recognized standards for Quality Systems.
The ISO 9001:2008 certification process began in September 2008. Amata B.Grimm Power 2 Limited developed and implemented an Electricity-Steam Generation and Sales System (Generate Electricity and Steam by Natural Gas) that conforms to the strict requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standards. "By implementing the ISO standard ABP2 has committed to a high benchmark which will be binding for us in future", said Mr. Harald Link, Chairman of Amata Power Limited, at the certificate handover ceremony.
The Quality Management System has been reviewed according to criteria such as customer quality requirements, enhanced customer satisfaction, products installation, process-orientation, as well as continuous improvement. |
