AMATA POWER LIMITED currently supplies electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) under the Small Power Producer Program (SPP) and, through Amata Corporation PCL., the owner of Amata industrial estates, AMATA POWER LIMITED also holds the exclusive right as the sole power supplier in all of its industrial estates.

As of June 2005 AMATA POWER LIMITED’s generating capacity is at 300 MW with more than 120 customers. We plan to continually invest in expanding and increasing our capacity to support the growth of Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate and the rising demand of present and future customers. A 55 MW expansion project adjacent to the Amata Power (Bangpakong) Power Plant is currently underway and is expected to begin commercial operation in 2007.
